Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route phone calls and emails efficiently
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks
- Assist in basic accounting and office record keeping
- Maintain appointment schedules and customer follow-ups
- Contribute to a smooth-running BDC (Business Development Center)
Qualifications :
Prior dealership experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with CDK (or similar dealership management systems)BDC or customer service experience a plusBasic accounting knowledgeStrong communication organizational and multitasking skillsMust be reliable punctual and team-orientedWhy Join Us
