Now, we're looking for a passionate, experienced Store Manager to bring their leadership and retail expertise to our team.

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus

  • (paid after 6 months of employment) and a $500 retention bonus

What You'll Do :

As a Store Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

  • Lead & Inspire : Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.
  • Drive Results : Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
  • Deliver Excellence : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Customer Engagement : Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty.
  • Stay Compliant : Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.
  • Step Up : Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.

    • What We're Looking For

    We're searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.

  • Experience : 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical Abilities : Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility : Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
