Neurology physician employment in California : Locums Neurology | San Mateo, California

Dates Needed :

Start : February 2026

One week per month (2nd week of the month, 45 8-hour shifts)

Expected length : 6 months, ongoing

Schedule & Clinical Details

MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Clinic and neurodiagnostic coverage

Procedures : Lumbar puncture, general neurology

Inpatient rounding preferred but not required

Neurodiagnostic skills a plus (EEG with Cadwell machine)

Patient Volumes / Facility Info

12 patients per day

Appointment times : 30 min for new, 15 min for follow-up

Support staff : 12 MAs / MSA, RN support as needed for triage

EMR : Epic

Requirements

2 years Neurology experience

Board Certified / Board Eligible Neurology

Active CA License required
