Job Details
Qualifications – Needed :
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma, Associates degree, or Journeyman card preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, machining, or toolingExperience with CNC machine maintenance, repair, and optimizationStrong background in mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC controlsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manualsKnowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeepingProven ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain optimal equipment performanceKey Responsibilities and Duties :
Troubleshoot, prioritize, and perform mechanical / electrical repairs on all production equipmentConduct scheduled maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and component inspectionCollaborate with technical support resources to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationIdentify, order, and install replacement partsUse measuring equipment and hand tools for maintenance and repairFabricate components as necessary for repairsWork with operations and engineering to reduce downtime and improve processesJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
