Operations Manager (Forensic Engineering)
Due to an upcoming retirement, S-E-A, a national forensic engineering firm, is seeking to add an Operations Manager to our team! This is a great opportunity to oversee S-E-A's Texas operations and a staff consisting of multi-disciplinary engineers, project coordinators and technicians. Strong organizations skills and emotional intelligence will ensure success in this role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Follows established procedures to plan, direct, and organize daily operational activities of assigned branchMaintains communication between branch and upper management and provides support, guidance, and training to staffFull knowledge of all of the features and benefits of the Company's services in order to efficiently train and motivate staffResponsible for business development for multi-disciplinary office staffResponsible for profit and loss financial activity of branchHandles budget and revenue forecasting, reviews billings and addresses any client concernsAssists with client account management and business development to help provide better service to customers and stimulate business growthEmploys, counsels, and disciplines assigned staffProvides or arranges training for staff and conducts weekly staff meetingsEvaluates staff's work performance by preparing annual reviews and conducting counseling sessionsAssists and advises staff regarding Company policies and proceduresOversees and supervises staff workflowMaintains communications between the branch and management by preparing and / or approving daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity, writing memos, and attending management meetingsFormulates recommendations for personnel and operational policies to managementAbility to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performanceRegular and predictable presence at workPosition Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferredExperience in the legal, insurance or forensic engineering environment preferredPrior managerial experience in a professional environmentProven business management acumen and ability to motivate staffExcellent client communication and development skillsExcellent communication, leadership and organizational skillsPhysical Requirements :
