job_description.job_card.job_descriptionVerify and process incoming bills Ensure proper coding of bills to correct general ledger (GL) accounts Cut checks as directed Create and maintain a monthly billing schedule to track received and paid invoices Assist with end-of-month financial close processes Support general HR functions, such as ensuring benefits forms are completed and submitted, and maintaining up-to-date, properly filed records Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including occasional travel coordination Highly reliable and trustworthy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Capable of quickly learning new accounting software systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records High school diploma or equivalent required AA or BA in Business or related field preferred, but not required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time

Position Overview : Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist for our reputable client located in Fresno, CA. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid foundation in both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable :
- Post and verify customer payments accurately
- Prepare and send invoices
- Generate and distribute weekly customer statements
- Conduct collection follow-ups as needed
- Prepare aging reports for the sales team
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
