Project Manager

Summary :

JTS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and drive projects that enhance operational performance production efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role will manage multiple projects across our manufacturing operations coordinating resources schedules budgets and communications to ensure successful execution from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and consistently delivers results on time and within budget.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and execute detailed project plans schedules and deliverables aligned with production goals and business objectives.
• Define project scope resource needs and objectives in collaboration with operations engineering supply chain and leadership teams.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment communication and timely completion of milestones.
• Manage budgets cost tracking and procurement activities ensuring all projects remain financially on target.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance ensuring quality safety and compliance with JTS standards.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying issues early and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to minimize production disruptions and optimize resource utilization.
• Support quality control and assurance processes throughout each project phase.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure all project activities comply with company and OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
