About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Asset Management to lead the operational and financial performance of its multifamily portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing asset-level business plans that focus on rent growth, expense optimization, and long-term value creation. This role involves close monitoring of property financial performance, managing relationships with third-party property management companies, and overseeing capital expenditure projects. The Vice President will also be responsible for preparing various reports, and investor communications, and collaborating with acquisitions and finance teams on a range of activities. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in multifamily asset management and / or investment, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced proficiency in modeling and valuation, as well as experience in managing third-party property managers and capital projects, is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing dynamics, and value-add strategies, along with excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Familiarity with property management systems is preferred, and a strong work ethic, team mentality, and positive attitude are a must. The position also demands a willingness to travel frequently to various multifamily projects across the East Coast.
