About the Inside Sales Team

The GetSales Inside Sales team is the heartbeat of the organization. Focusing on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script, our sales team is able to take a principle-based approach to navigate through any part of the sales process and consistently deliver outstanding results.

About the Onboarding Coordinator role

What you’ll do :

• Work closely with our sales, operations, and tech team to help drive growth by helping our salespeople navigate through a high-volume, fast-paced sale.
• Creatively think through and resolve complex problems related to the sales funnel by using a variety of data management, compliance, and communications systems.
• Conducting Zoom calls for identity verification and to provide additional information to sales prospects as needed.
• Managing job postings and helping to navigate reps' leads through the application process.
• Sending out job offer emails and occasionally sending SMS messages for documentation purposes.
• Develop your career within an innovative and evolving company while working with some of the largest startups in the world.
