Human Resources Assistant

One of our long-standing clients is looking for an HR Assistant to add to their team immediately to assist with an HRIS project.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant

The HR Assistant is responsible for the downloading of employee files and re-configuration in the new system

Assist in the payroll data input in ADP, with 2026 enrollment upcoming they will be assisting with packet creation and distribution

The HR Assistant will assist in projects set out by the company leaders

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR or related field is preferred, but not required

Office experience

Interest in pursuing a career where you can grow and learn

Work Model

100% in office

Compensation

$17-$21 / hr
