Our client is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant & Automation Specialist to join their team full-time. This role focuses on streamlining client onboarding and automation workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), ensuring seamless setups and integrations that boost marketing performance for service-based businesses. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM configurations, custom automations, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts : build automations, import snapshots, set up tracking, and handle A2P registration.
• Onboard clients in tools like Local Viking, BrightLocal, ClickUp, Google Drive, and Yext.
• Design and integrate automations across GHL, Zapier, WordPress, Duda, and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
• Support local SEO and lead generation automations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teams and clients through ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Use AI tools for research, troubleshooting, and innovation.
• Maintain and audit systems for security, compliance, and efficiency.
