The Manager - HR Talent Analytics leads the development and delivery of workforce insights that drive key talent decisions and organizational performance. In this role, the Manager – HR Talent Analytics will manage HR data analytics initiatives, create actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to improve employee engagement, retention, talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, and overall HR effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Proven experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
