Senior Staff Accountant's Responsibilities :

Oversee core accounting functions including invoicing, accounts receivable / payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.

Assist with the preparation of financial reports, monthly closing procedures, and project-level financial analysis.

Monitor key financial metrics and help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.

Partner with internal teams across departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues proactively.

Support external audits and compliance initiatives as needed.

Senior Staff Accountant's Qualifications :

3-5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a small to mid-size business environment.

High proficiency in

QuickBooks

Construction, field services, or related industries preferred.

Experience with job costing or project-based accounting is a strong advantage.

Salary : $65,000-$80,000
