Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Project Manager to lead client implementations of our Intelligent Data Warehouse (IDW) and its applications, Reveal and Discover, as well as manage key internal development initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of technology-driven projects, and the ability to communicate seamlessly between clients, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will keep complex projects moving forward, ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget, and make sure everyone stays aligned and accountable. Please note that this is a hybrid role with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in our South Bend, Indiana office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Client Implementation Management

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for client implementations of IDW, Reveal, and Discover — from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation review
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring milestones are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, setting expectations, providing status updates, and addressing risks and issues
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between internal teams and the client’s team throughout the implementation process
  • Coordinate with engineers, client success, and the product team to ensure technical requirements are understood and delivered accurately
  • Monitor and manage scope, budget, and timelines to prevent overruns and delays
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all client-facing projects
  • Raise the red flag early and often when risks, delays, or scope changes threaten project success - ensuring management and the executive team are never caught by surprise

Internal Development Project Management

  • Manage internal product development initiatives, enhancements, and cross-functional technology projects
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans
  • Track progress, identify blockers, and keep leadership informed with clear, concise updates
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality and functionality standards before release

    • Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and conflicts, and drive resolution
  • Keep all parties aligned on priorities and deliverables, effectively “wrangling the cats” when multiple teams and personalities are involved
  • Create and maintain transparency through reporting tools, dashboards, and regular check-ins

    • Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement and refine project management best practices, templates, and workflows
  • Recommend and apply tools for project tracking, communication, and documentation
  • Facilitate post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future performance
  • Stay current on project management trends, tools, and certifications to enhance the company’s delivery capabilities

    • Required Skills :

  • Proven track record of managing technology projects (preferably SaaS, analytics, AI, or data platform implementations)
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and data-related projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing projects with professionalism and polish
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, data teams, and business executives
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification preferred
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution tracking
  • Strong and resilient under pressure - able to hold the line on scope, timelines, and quality, even when facing pushback; confident in delivering both positive and tough messages with professionalism
