Title : Remote Investment Banking Analyst - Wealth Management, M&A & Investment Banking

Location : Fully Remote

Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This full-time remote position focuses on providing strategic advisory services, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and managing wealth management projects within the investment banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities.
  • Support the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and preparation of pitch books and offering memoranda.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their wealth management and investment objectives.
  • Perform market research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed of market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in the development of strategic growth plans for clients in the wealth management sector.
  • Support senior bankers in client communication and deal negotiations.
  • Maintain organized deal documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's degree or CFA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, wealth management, or related financial services.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
