I am partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add a commercial litigation Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities.

Background Requirements

• 2-8 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Must be admitted in VA - with good standing
