Unit : 3rd Medical Surgical (Med / Surg)

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 1 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour nights (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1660 – $1700

Med / Surg RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (Medical / Surgical specialty)

BLS certification (AHA required)

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg RN experience

Completion of onboarding requirements : background check, drug screen, health screenings, and skills checklist

Current vaccinations : COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, and TB screening

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress following hospital policies

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations and procedures
