Job Title : Lead Machine Operator / Production Planning Coordinator

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Lead Machine Operator / Lead Assembler to join our growing production team. This role combines machine operation and production leadership with coordination of schedules and workflow. The ideal candidate will not only operate and oversee production equipment but also play a key role in resolving issues on the production line and ensuring schedules are met.

Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly equipment.

Serve as the lead assembler / operator, assisting team members and addressing line issues as they arise.

Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer and internal deadlines.

Work with supervisors and other team members to allocate resources effectively.

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Train, guide, and support production staff as needed.

Maintain accurate records of production output and issues.

Qualifications :

Prior experience as a machine operator, assembler, or production lead preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Organizational and scheduling abilities to support production planning.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
