Overview :

CapTech is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Program Manager to lead a strategic modernization initiative utilizing Microsoft Azure and Oracle technologies. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end program management, aligning technology modernization with business objectives, and ensuring a robust, scalable infrastructure solution. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful implementation and integration of cloud and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the modernization project, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and managing changes.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (IT, development, operations, security, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless integration between Azure-based solutions and Oracle systems.

Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Coordinate the migration of legacy systems to modernized cloud environments, leveraging Oracle technologies to support critical business functions.

Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess project progress, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Champion agile and lean methodologies to enhance project efficiency and respond rapidly to evolving business requirements.

Provide regular executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of issues.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale IT infrastructure or modernization initiatives.

Demonstrated experience managing cloud transformation projects, with specific expertise in Microsoft Azure and Oracle environments.

Solid understanding of infrastructure modernization principles, including cloud migration, resource optimization, hybrid cloud architectures, and governance.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile (, Scrum Master), or relevant cloud certifications (, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the capacity to drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
