Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a long-standing practice with a well-established patient base and excellent support staff at our Green Bay~Ashwaubenon Clinic. You will be joining a collaborative group of Family Practice Physicians that believes in improving the health outcomes of patients through innovation and team-based care principles, while providing a great work environment for the team and exceptional experience for the patients they serve.

Shift Hours :

1.00 FTE (40 hours / week)

Practice Details :

Full-time practice : 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week

• Monday - Friday Office Practice
• Participate in a large, shared call pool (approximately 1 : 35), phone call only
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin - Green Bay
• EMR Epic - remote access from home
• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus production, quality and value-based bonuses
• Time off : 160 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance
