Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor with a strong background in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations. The QC Supervisor will oversee quality inspection processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead a team of inspectors. This role is crucial in maintaining product integrity, resolving quality issues, and improving inspection methods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily QC operations and inspection personnel.
- Program, operate, and troubleshoot CMMs to inspect precision parts.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Ensure inspection documentation is complete and accurate.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
- Train QC staff on CMM usage and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns.
