Job Description :
Overall Purpose : Responsible for supporting processes related to sourcing attracting and securing top-tier candidates to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities : Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following :
Full-Cycle Recruiting : Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding for domestic and / or international roles.
Offer Management : Extending job offers negotiating terms and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details. Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.
Compliance and Reporting : Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
Other Duties as Assigned : Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support understanding hiring needs maintaining recruitment metrics data analysis building talent pipelines providing consultation training & mentoring and / or event management.
Job Contribution : An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements long-term plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor : No
Education / Experience : Bachelors degree (BS / BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
