The Account Manager will report directly to the Manager of Core Services

Job Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with major clients through regular calls and meetings. At C Squared Social, we strive to get our clients top results and bring creative solutions to the dynamic space of digital marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with the onboarding specialists to understand client marketing goals and set up the account
  • Manage advertising campaign operations and strategy
  • Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices
  • Be continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends and technological updates
  • Identify opportunities for additional products / services, articulate their value, expand existing relationships, and bring in new clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goals
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Requirements : Skills / Abilities

  • Confident communicator and able to effectively present information through video calls, email and in-person meetings
  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate - confidence in learning new programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Positive customer-centric attitude
  • Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growth!

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing, or relevant work experience
  • BA / BS degree in a related field and general business acumen
  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
  • Marketing Agency experience highly preferred
  • Education

  • Minimum high school diploma
