Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with major clients through regular calls and meetings. At C Squared Social, we strive to get our clients top results and bring creative solutions to the dynamic space of digital marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work with the onboarding specialists to understand client marketing goals and set up the accountManage advertising campaign operations and strategyEducate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practicesBe continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends and technological updatesIdentify opportunities for additional products / services, articulate their value, expand existing relationships, and bring in new clientsCollaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goalsPlan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingRequirements : Skills / Abilities
Confident communicator and able to effectively present information through video calls, email and in-person meetingsUnderstand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successfulEffective time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlinesComputer literate - confidence in learning new programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to function well in a high-paced environmentPositive customer-centric attitudeEmotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growth!Self-motivation and a competitive fire!Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing, or relevant work experienceBA / BS degree in a related field and general business acumenUnderstand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successfulMarketing Agency experience highly preferredEducation
