Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful training materials and sales collateral. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Curriculum Lead to design and develop content for sales and customer success training programs Create visually compelling collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and training videos Maintain an organized repository of enablement assets and assess content effectiveness with enablement partners Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or learning & development Proficiency with design and authoring tools such as Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, or Articulate / Rise Experience producing training materials like presentations and microlearning videos Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content structuring Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, sales teams, and subject matter experts
