Job Description
Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for the successful management of the O&M contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers Savannah Harbor Expansion Project Dissolved Oxygen System. The Program Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of the project. For the execution of this project, the Program Manager will be the immediate liaison and representative of Cape Fox Mountain Point’s interests and the Federal Government.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Project oversight
- Lead staffing and execution strategy with Director of Operations
- Act as primary POC for client on contract
- Provide weekly updates on contract on operations calls
- Gather requirements, deliverables, timeframes from client and produce actionable processes to accomplish deliverables.
- Maintain accurate milestones and report to client on progress
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate record keeping including financial expenditures
- Lead and direct workflow of all supervisory staff
- Enhance the project reputation by accepting ownership
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party (vendor) for flawless execution of project
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stake holders and ensuring technical feasibility

High School or equivalent education requiredBachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years’ verifiable project management experience of Dissolved Oxygen projects, or similar, of equal or greater valueProficient in operations and maintenance of a large scale industrial Dissolved Oxygen FacilityProven proficiency in high level Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.Understanding and ability to edit Allen Bradley PLCs and Aveva Edge SoftwareProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft VisioProficient in AutoCadMinimum of current CompTIA Security+ or Network+ CertificationWorking knowledge of USACE -1-1 editionExperience in industrial electrical control systems and industrial electrical practicesAbility to maintain proper regulatory security clearancesWorking knowledge of OSHA industrial standards and ability to accomplish OSHA 30 CertificationAbility to successfully pass and maintain State of Georgia Commercial Pesticide Applicator LicenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsAuthorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of
