Inspired by The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly, we are seeking a compassionate, driven, and strategic Employee Success Manager to lead our Dream Manager & Chaplain Liaison program. This program helps our team members identify, articulate, and achieve their personal and professional dreams, while also fostering spiritual and emotional support through our optional Chaplain program in a non-denominational, inclusive manner.

This dual role combines coaching and mentoring with access to values-based care and emotional support services, providing a holistic approach to employee well-being. The ideal candidate will cultivate a supportive environment that enhances engagement, promotes personal growth, and aligns personal goals with the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

Dream Management Program :

• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees articulate and pursue their personal dreams (e.g., financial, personal development, health, relationships, education).
• Develop and implement a structured Dream Management Program with goal-setting, resources, and tracking tools.
• Serve as a trusted mentor and motivator, helping individuals overcome obstacles and stay accountable.
• Organize group workshops, seminars, and motivational events that promote personal and professional growth.
• Track participation and progress to measure the impact on engagement, retention, and morale.
• Continuously enhance the Dream Management Program based on feedback and evolving needs.
