Position Title : Refrigeration Manufacturing Engineer

Location : High Point, NC

Industry : Manufacturing

The Refrigeration Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing refrigeration systems and bill of materials (BOM) processes within a high-volume production environment. This individual will bridge hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead engineering efforts related to refrigeration systems, including design validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Conduct detailed BOM studies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with production requirements.

Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to streamline assembly line processes and reduce waste.

Support implementation and optimization of SAP systems related to manufacturing and materials planning.

Drive process improvements through data analysis, root cause investigation, and lean manufacturing principles.

Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and internal safety standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in refrigeration systems engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in BOM management and process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Experience in assembly line production environments is highly preferred.

EPA Section 608 Certification or equivalent refrigeration credentials strongly desired.

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
