HVAC Service Technician

At Aire Serv of West Orlando, we’re looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We serve both residential and light commercial customers with a focus on quality, integrity, and exceptional service. This position offers industry competitive pay ranging from $25–$35 / hour, depending on experience, certifications, and performance. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work on a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in homes and small businesses throughout Orange County. Your daily tasks will include :

• Diagnosing HVAC issues and providing expert repair and maintenance services
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans — confidently educate customers on maintenance best practices (e.g., filter changes) and recommend solutions that enhance system performance and longevity
• Installing systems including units, ductwork, thermostats, and related components
• Brazing and soldering piping to connect components
• Cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, and lubricating motors during preventive maintenance
• Calibrating and testing components such as thermostats, timers, and solenoids
• Using diagnostic tools (gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, airflow instruments) to ensure safe and effective system operation
• Providing clear, professional communication with customers and teammates
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment and accurate documentation
