About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the management of its rapidly growing network of chiropractic practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for holding P&L accountability for a designated region, leading a team of Practice Administrators and staff, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all practices under their leadership. This includes managing revenue growth, operations, labor, and contract management, as well as clinical outcomes. The role also involves the implementation of operational processes to support the introduction of new services, the development of strategic operating plans, and the identification of opportunities to drive profitability. The Vice President of Operations will be a key leader in the organization, working closely with other executives to develop and execute regional growth strategies, and will be expected to build strong relationships with physicians and providers across the region.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' healthcare experience, with at least 5 years in multi-site practice leadership. A Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment, and experience in M&A integration is a plus. The role requires a leader with excellent management skills, a strong background in partnering with physicians, and a reputation for building and leading high-performing teams. The candidate should be a critical and analytical thinker, with the ability to drive change and ensure the success of the organization. Experience in a large, for-profit multi-site organization and a background in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity are also desirable.
