General job duties, responsibilities, expectations :
Under the general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include : assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information. Additional responsibilities include : maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationship with co-workers.

Required skills and minimum years of experience :
A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.

None required.

Tell us about the unit / department specific training and orientation program : All Sanford Health Employees attend a full day of orientation and computer training with the Sanford Health System. Sanford Health Plan Employees also attend two full days of orientation and computer training specific to the Health Plan. Additional departmental training will be provided.
