About the Role :
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative who is ready to do more than just answer calls youll help build and lead our customer service department as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a small team (34 people) within our company, develop processes, and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
As one of the first points of contact for our organization, youll leave a positive and lasting impression through phone, text, and email interactions. We dont use scripts here youll need to listen closely, think on your feet, and find creative solutions that leave customers feeling truly cared for.
This is not a receptionist or sales role. Our customer service team is an integral part of our marketing strategy your ideas and insights will help shape how we grow and retain our customer base.
Were busy and growing fast, so punctuality, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Location :
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of our office.
