Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASE-UPCOMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community The Walden in Lewisville TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements :

• 2-4 years in managementexperience in property management or business
• Proven ability to manage community operations maximize rental income and minimize expenses through control and planning
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with financials budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
• Excellent marketing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
