Enrollment Technician

A company is looking for an Enrollment Technician I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Enroll subscribers and dependents, verify enrollment status, and process membership terminations

Coordinate with the Account Installation team regarding member identification cards and billing processes

Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in enrollment data

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Less than one year of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to handle multiple customer service demands and meet established deadlines
