Summary
This position has a large focus on data entry in addition to customer-facing elements.
You will support our Scheduling & Cell Logistics Team (>
20 people) on administrative and data coordination tasks for daily operational activities. Your primary job responsibilities are to manage our Portal user access, enter data in our Account Management system, and provide customer service with third-party secure file transfer platform access. You must be highly organized and detailed-oriented as this position orchestrates a large volume of data in our systems.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Manage all Portal access and deactivation activities – including but not limited to verifying training, getting approval from business system owner(s), and working with IT to have accounts created / deactivated.
Entry of data in our Account Management system for our new Clinical and Commercial sites while supporting site startup activities, as instructed
Provide administrative support in planning events and global meetings; modification and maintenance of administrative tools such as staffing calendar and customer-facing documents
Manage upkeep of our SharePoint sites
Additional data entry, tracking, or audits as assigned
Skill and Knowledge Requirements :
Bachelor's degree
Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
Must be able to independently prioritize multiple competing tasks and deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility in responding to change or business needs
Proficient with O365 software, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
