WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Take ownership of business client accounts, serving as the strategic anchor for their success by delivering financial clarity, compliance, and actionable insights.
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting through QuickBooks Online, transforming data into decision-ready intelligence.
  • Lead comprehensive tax servicesincluding business and individual tax preparation, proactive tax planning, and year-round projections to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance.
  • Advise clients on forward-thinking tax strategies that align with their goals and evolving financial landscapes.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Streamline and enhance financial workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability for clients.
  • Partner closely with the Client CFO to provide high-level financial guidance and collaborative support across the client portfolio.

WHAT YOU LL BRING

  • Strong foundation in accounting, payroll, and tax leadership experience and a client-first mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
  • Expertise in QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting tools
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA or EA preferred)
  • Public accounting experience highly valued
