Project Manager Lighting Retrofits
A leading provider of turnkey lighting and installation services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee lighting retrofit projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating audits, developing project solutions, managing installations, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Coordination & Review
- Schedule and coordinate lighting audits with contractors, clearly outlining scope and expectations.
- Review incoming audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with contractors for additional information when needed.
- Solution Development & Proposal Generation
- Develop lighting solutions using approved products and standards.
- Prepare proposals and ROI analyses tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure proposals meet margin and feasibility requirements.
- Scope of Work & Installation Coordination
- Create detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for installation teams.
- Coordinate with contractors to schedule installations and track progress.
- Resolve field issues quickly and maintain communication between field and internal teams.
- Contractor Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring expectations and standards are upheld.
- Provide training and support on internal project management tools and systems.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Review project KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Track contractor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and outcomes.
