We offer significant sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience and $5,000 for those with less than one year. Additionally, we provide an annual $1,800 student tax-free loan repayment and assistance with relocation costs if you are moving to South Carolina.

Supervisory Role
This is a non-management position reporting to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina; senior students nearing graduation are also encouraged to apply.
Required Certifications
Must hold a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in South Carolina or be eligible for licensure. BLS certification is required. NBRC credentials must be maintained. Certified Respiratory Therapists hired before June 2016 may be considered. From June 2016 onward, candidates must achieve the Registered Therapist cut score on the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam and complete the Clinical Simulation Exam within six months of graduation or will face termination from Prisma Health.
NRP and PALS certifications are required prior to working independently in the NICU and PICU for those in the Children's Hospital.
Skills and Experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills is essential.
