About the Role :
We are seeking a Telecom Support Engineer / Analyst to join our team supporting a large enterprise hospital system. This role focuses on providing exceptional end-user support for voice and telecom services, ensuring reliable communication across the organization. You will manage service tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve telecom-related service requests and incidents
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams or vendors and track resolution progress
- Document all activities in the IT Service Management system accurately and promptly
- Assist with end-user tickets
- Ensure compliance with hospital communication policies and HIPAA regulations
