Position Summary :
We are actively seeking a driven, goal-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Account Representative. In this outside sales role, you will be responsible for sales activities in a specified territory with your primary objective being to establish relationships with businesses and manage a portfolio of clients. You will be prospecting clients, networking, and making sales calls in the field daily. The right person for this role will be confident in their abilities and have a strong work ethic. This is a field-based position, and the responsibilities include :
- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and CRM tools
- Manage client relationships to ensure that we retain, renew, and expand our relationships with existing clients.
- Network with the local business community and develop new business relationships.
- Develop expertise in our product portfolio and how it supports client needs.
- Present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Attend all staff meetings and corporate training events.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications :
A proven track record of success in sales, business, customer service or a leadership role is preferred.Ability to communicate effectively with decision makers at all levels.Competitive nature and the drive to contribute to a winning culture.Coachable, eager to learn.Energetic and outgoing personality.Strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through.Exceptional interpersonal skills.College degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales, customer service or a leadership role.We Offer :
