Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Denton, TX
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and align process control objectives and tasks to help resolve manufacturing challenges and lower production costs.
- Design equipment, material, and workstation layouts to illustrate how processes can be completed efficiently.
- Evaluate operation sequences, material flow, and layout information to detect inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and define manufacturing processes and labor standards to minimize waste of time, materials, and labor.
- Coordinate and lead training efforts.
- Create and maintain documentation for standard work procedures.
- Execute physical modifications to facility layouts.
- Design and construct plant updates, jigs, and fixtures as needed.
