Laurelhurst SNF is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our dedicated team.
As a key member of our leadership group, you’ll oversee the financial operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all business office functions.
Responsibilities include :
Managing billing, collections, and resident trust accounts
Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims and payments
Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support residents and families
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Business Office Manager in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid and third-party payer systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
