Location : 100% On-Site in New York, NY or Richmond, VA

About the Role :

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Vendor Management team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist with managing vendor relationships and coordinating cybersecurity questionnaires to ensure our third-party partners comply with security and compliance standards. This is a great first role in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the vendor onboarding process, including documentation and administrative tasks.
• Distribute, track, and manage security questionnaires to vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and completion of questionnaires.
• Perform initial review and basic analysis of vendor responses.
• Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and escalations.
