Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Mobile Crisis Clinician to work full time, providing counseling and therapy to patients through our CCHBC Mobile Crisis Program . This position works five evening shifts per week (3 PM-11 : 30 PM), which can include any five evenings of the selected applicant's choosing.

This position dispatches to crises in the community as part of a 2-person clinician / peer co-response model.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors / Therapists are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive between $4,000 - $8,000 depending upon licensure!

Pay Rate : $25.00 - $32.50 / hr

Responsibilities

Perform telephonic or in-person response to adults and youth experiencing crisis in the community

• Perform essential counseling / therapist responsibilities which may include screening, intake and orientation, evaluation and intervention, referrals, crisis intervention, crisis counseling, patient education, reporting and record keeping.
• Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of substance use disorders / recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes, and principles of counseling.
• Relate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality.
