Job Details

We are seeking a driven litigation paralegal to join our team, supporting attorneys on complex matters involving transportation, trucking, and general liability.

• Responsibilities :
• Draft and manage discovery, medical summaries, subpoenas, and trial preparation materials
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including trial
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and co-counsel while managing case calendars and docketing
• Assist in deposition preparation and organize trial exhibits and witness files
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of billable hours
• Qualifications :
• Civil litigation experience required
• Insurance defense preferred
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
• Proficiency with case management and document review tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
