A prominent New York City-based nonprofit with a focus on healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of administrative experience; nonprofit experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with databases; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Previous exposure to international health programs, fellowships, or diplomacy is a plus
What You’ll Do
Provide clerical support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and phone coverageCoordinate inquiries, track deadlines, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate recordsOrganize and provide day-of coordination for virtual and in-person seminars and eventsPrepare correspondence and meeting materials, including presentationsMaintain alumni contact information and assist with outreach effortsAssist finance team with reconciliation, reporting, and payment requisitionsWhat Success Looks Like
Deadlines are consistently met and program operations run smoothlyMeetings and events are well-coordinated with accurate materials prepared in advanceCommunication with internal teams, partners, and alumni is timely and professionalFinancial and administrative records are accurate and up to dateYou demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in supporting a dynamic international teamPay Rate Range : $30-35 per hour, based on experience
