A company is looking for a Test Manager who designs and executes testing for various systems and products. Key Responsibilities : Administers testing events in accordance with organizational processes and procedures Supervises employees engaged in test engineering activities and oversees staffing, scheduling, and planning Ensures successful testing outcomes for each release, providing data and results to senior team members Required Qualifications : Seven (7)+ years of experience in a related role such as Test Manager or Test Lead Required to maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4 / 6c) Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification High School Diploma or GED is required Demonstrated experience in managing test plans and projects for high-quality completion
