Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Long Beach defense firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary with at least 3 years of civil litigation secretary experience and strong knowledge of California court rules and e-filing procedures.. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a busy litigation practice and thrives in a professional team-oriented environment.

Youll provide full litigation supportcalendaring document preparation e-filing and case managementsupporting attorneys who value reliability communication and initiative. Experience with Clio case management software is a plus

Key Highlights

• Manage complex litigation calendars including hearings depositions deadlines and attorney / client meetings
• Draft proofread and e-file pleadings motions discovery and correspondence in California state courts
• Coordinate depositions court reporters interpreters and communications with clients and opposing counsel
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files; assist with hearing mediation and trial preparation
• Bring excellent attention to detail strong organization and a professional service-minded attitude
