Registered Nurse (RN) – Adolescent Residential Treatment Center Location :

• Denton, TX Employment Type : Full-Time (Contract or Temp-to-Hire) Schedule : 8-hour shifts (7a–3p or 3p–11p, flexible, no overnights) Compensation : $45–$52 / hour | Overtime Available |  Overview Join a brand-new 19-bed adolescent residential treatment center providing care for girls aged 13–17 with dual-diagnosis behavioral health conditions including self-harm, depression, anxiety, and family conflict.
• This is a high-priority, immediate-start role offering professional growth and the opportunity to make a lasting impact from day one.
• Responsibilities Deliver compassionate nursing care, health assessments, and medication administration.
• Perform patient screenings and monitor for behavioral or physical changes.
• Support crisis prevention and stabilization under facility safety protocols.
• Document accurately in KIPU EMR and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Mental Health Technicians (MHTs), CNAs, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate clinical updates and concerns to the Executive Director.
