The Director of Operations for L&R plays a critical leadership role within the Allegiance Trucks team, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations of our L&R fleet. The position focuses on optimizing fleet utilization, delivering excellent customer experience, managing compliance, and improving the profitability of the L&R department. You’ll lead a high‑performing team and work cross‑functionally with service, sales, and parts to ensure seamless, customer‑focused operations.

This candidate can be based out of any New England dealership.
