In this role, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of the market and the products offered. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can adapt to new systems and procedures, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter data for a variety of applications, including Portability, Conversions, and Continuation.
• Research and resolve problems using sound judgment.
• Follow up on missing information through professional correspondence, templated communications, or phone outreach.
• Monitor and respond to the team inbox, fulfilling customer and client requests.
• Maintain department quality, security, and service level standards.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service to both internal and external clients.
